Nestled in beautiful rolling hills, the M.A. Center was Amma's first U.S. ashram. Visitors come from all over the United States and the world to attend Amma's Summer and Fall programs. Inaugurated in 1989, it was one of only a few ashrams to be established in her name outside of India at that time. It serves as an organizational center for Amma's global humanitarian activities as well as a spiritual retreat center for North America. Outside of her main ashram in India, Amma has spent more time at the San Ramon center than anywhere else in the world, making it a unique and inspiring place to visit.

Presence in Touch and Movement on June 18, 2016 in Edina, MN : Join us for either or both of these events that bring Breema back to the greater Minneapolis area: an introductory event on Saturday from 6:30-8pm, an d a nurturing workshop on Sunday from 9:30-5pm (with a leisurely lunch break).
Breema is a floor-based form of touch and movement. It uses natural body mechanics, rhythm and the relaxed weight of the practitioner's body to create a dynamic balance that is profoundly comfortable, nurturing, and mutually beneficial for both giver and receiver.
Participating in a Breema workshop is a unique opportunity to experience a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises are ideal ways to practice body-mind connection. They support us to become present, moment after moment. By studying and applying Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony we can move from complication toward simplicity, and support an openhearted and open-minded posture toward life.
Both events will be led by Laura Rawson, LAc, and Bernie Jungle, both Certified Breema Instructors from the Breema Center In Oakland, CA.
