Darren Minke

BIO

I create art in several different mediums. I make my stain paintings with wood panels that have a combination of stain, oil paint, and gold leaf applied to them in order to bring out the images I see in the wood grain. My digital art is created with photographs, often 100 or more, that have been extracted and collaged together with photoshop. I also have several oil painting that were done earlier in my career, as well as different series of photographs.
